I started my career in real estate because I could see a lack of good service in the industry, in particular property management. It didn’t make sense to me that people were paying property managers to mismanage their investment property only to create more costs!
I saw a real need for a more transparent, reliable and quality service that added value to an investment property and saved the client’s time and money.
What I enjoy most about property management is ensuring that every facet of the process is as stress free as possible for the client. As an owner of two investment properties myself, investing into property shouldn’t be stressful so the management process shouldn’t be either. I recognize that each client, property and tenant is different and I’m dedicated to ensuring good management practices are in place so all parties needs are met swiftly.
I pride myself on my approachable nature and attention to detail, treating every property like it’s my own. I’m committed to exceeding client’s expectations and building trusting and life-long relationships.
As a current resident of the Inner West and with investment properties in Sydney CBD and Western Sydney, I have a profound understanding of different demographics, market condition’s and how to get the best results out of any type of investment property in any part of Sydney.
Outside of the office I enjoy traveling, cooking for my family and friends and seeking the most delicious foods across Sydney.
